Day-of Items

Details, details, details! When it comes to event stationery or “day-of items,” it’s the small, unexpected details that create a large impact. You’ll want to have room for these day-of items in your budget, so at your menu tasting, choose the chicken! Descriptions of our most popular day-of items are below and a photo gallery of each item can be found here. If you have something specific in mind that is not listed below, please contact us. If you can dream it, we’d love to execute it. Coordinating day-of items can be created for all invitations in our collection.

The food at your event is sure to be delicious so your guests will be anxious to read about the courses they’re about to enjoy. Make your menu memorable with foil accents or an interesting shape. It’s also a great place to list fun facts about the evening (don’t miss the late-night popcorn bar! or wish the bride’s mom a “happy birthday”). Menus can also be personalized to double as place cards.

Provide your guests with a beautiful guide to your wedding ceremony. Fill your program with fun details or keep it simple and understated. Programs can be done in multiple formats depending on the amount of text you have and the length of your ceremony. Our gallery shows you examples of booklet, flat card and folded programs.

Escort Cards

Not to be confused with place cards, escort cards “escort” your guests to their assigned tables. From traditional (cards enclosed in small envelopes) to unique (a poster size seating chart), escort cards are an opportunity to have fun and get your guests interacting. Our most popular option is an insert card and envelope. The table number is printed on the insert card, and the guest’s name is calligraphed on the envelope. By going this route, you can make any last minute seating changes with ease. However, we also love unexpected formats for escort cards. Once your guests arrive at their assigned tables, you can either direct them to a certain seat with a place card or let them choose a seat at random.

Place Cards

Place cards are a great way to control the dynamic of the table. It’s your chance to strategically sit your single best friend next to your single co-worker. Place cards also add a nice detail to your table, but if your table is getting short on real estate, consider doubling your menu as a place card – your guests will love seeing their names in script at the top of a beautiful card. What a keepsake!

Table Numbers

Table numbers, or names, may be functional, but their design should not be overlooked. This stationery item sits on your beautifully decorated table so make sure it’s considered. Easy-to-read is key – choose a tented card as a stand-alone or a flat card if being placed in a frame or stand.

Welcome Notes & Maps

Upon check-in to their hotels, welcome guests to your wedding city with a weekend itinerary and map of your favorite sites & bites. Include what to do, where to eat, and what not to miss (like important wedding day shuttle info!). If you would like to incorporate a visual map, we can create a design to feature any city, town, or neighborhood.

Cocktail Napkins & Guest Towels

One of our most popular day-of items, custom cocktail napkins add a punch of fun to your bar. Witty, charming, or sophisticated, custom napkins are always a hit. And don’t forget about the powder room. Personalized guest towels are a thoughtful alternative to paper towels. Be sure to order extra to use in your home after your wedding or event.

Cocktail Stirrers or Straws

Custom cocktail stirrers and straws will keep your guests buzzing about how no detail was missed at your event! They are a great garnish to glassware and make sipping your signature cocktail a little more fun.

Transform your event space with environmental graphics. Signage and large scale banners are an impactful way to brand your event. Drape a printed backdrop behind the band, hang your monogram on the bar or guide your guests around the space with beautiful directional signage.

& Anything Your Heart Desires

The above list is just an appetizer of day-of items. From favor tags to popcorn bags to cupcake flags, we can execute just about anything. The extra unexpected? Under-the-plate cards with special messages are tucked under the charger for a surprise when the table is cleared. Or consider a paper charger on the table instead of using glass chargers. Our custom lollipop towers are a perfect way to add sweet nostalgia to your day. Finally, give your guests a caffeinated send-off at brunch the following day with custom designed paper coffee cups.
